Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Visconti & Co. Jewelry offers a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Returns must include all original tags, certificates, and accessories.
Custom-made or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
Email us at Viscontiandco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will issue your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your jewelry for another piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll be happy to help arrange it based on stock availability.
